摘要: Purpose: We designed an experimental model of renal ischemia-reperfusion to evaluate the preemptive effect intravenous sildenafil according dose administered (0.7 vs 1.4 mg/kg) and time administration (30 minutes before ischemia or during ischemia).Materials Methods: A total 20 minipigs were divided into groups 4 each, including group 1—control, 2—sildenafil 0.7 mg/kg intravenously 30 vascular clamping, 3—sildenafil warm ischemia, 4—sildenafil clamping 5—sildenafil ischemia.
