摘要: Background Colorectal cancer can arise through two distinct mutational pathways: microsatellite instability or chromosomal instability. We tested the hypothesis that colorectal cancers arising from microsatellite-instability pathway have distinctive clinical attributes affect outcome. Methods specimens of a population-based series 607 patients (50 years age younger at diagnosis) for compared features and survival who had characterized by high-frequency with these characteristics in stability.
