摘要: Interleukin-8 (IL-8) is a chemokine for polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) and lymphocytes, which promotes the extravasation of these inflammatory cells. In this study, we investigated IL-8 synthesis induced by adhesive interaction between monocytes endothelial cells during transmigration capacity transmigrated to produce IL-8. Cocultured human umbilical vein cell (HUVEC) monolayers synefgistic production IL-8, compared with cultures either or HUVEC alone. Coculture-induced almost doubled after HUVECs were stimulated IL-1β. The mRNA expression was consistent protein data, indicating de novo coculture. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against inhibited transendothelial chemotactic activity supernatants PMNs 55%. Immunohistochemistry revealed that both adherent unstimulated expressed protein, whereas nonadherent did little. Transmigrated spontaneously secreted 3.8-fold greater amount than initial monocytes. about 30% polyclonal Abs IL-α, IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor α, while it not affected mAbs intercellular adhesion molecule 1 vascular 1. results suggested through activates types are capable producing ample
