摘要: Nkx2-1 (Nkx homeobox-1 gene), also known as TTF-1 (thyroid transcription factor-1), is a tissue-specific factor of the thyroid, lung, and ventral forebrain. While it has been shown to play critical role in lung development cancer differentiation morphogenesis, molecular mechanisms mediating cell- expression normal cancerous lungs have yet be fully elucidated. The recent identification prognostic biomarkers cancer, particularly adenocarcinoma (ADC), different reactivity patients chemotherapeutic drugs opened new avenues for evaluating patient survival novel effective therapeutic strategies. function proto-oncogene was recently characterized gene implicated contributory development. In this review, we summarize development, diagnosis, prognosis hope providing insights into utility biomarker cancer.
