摘要: In this study, the effects of CuO nanoparticles and CuCl2·2H2O were tested on Daphnia magna under chronic exposure scenarios. During a 21-day to salt, reproduction was followed by daily count number offspring. After exposure, adult length uptake copper measured. The dissolved, nanoparticle aggregated fractions distinguished in medium. results showed that only small fraction while majority particles formed large aggregates (>450 nm). dissolved corresponded with salt. (reproduction EC10: 0.546 mg Cu/l, EC20: 0.693 EC50: 1.041 Cu/l) much lower than salts 0.017 0.019 0.022 Cu/l). Based upon total body analysis, concentration appeared higher when exposed These combined indicate toxicity D. is caused ions during dissolution
