摘要: This chapter deals with the broad issue of efficacy drugs used in chemotherapy. It starts a brief history how randomized controlled clinical trial was development effective drug treatment, as trials provided most direct evidence individual and also indicated manner which they should be used. There follow sections dealing intermittent bactericidal activity drugs, their grading according to different criteria activity, action during phases The molecular mode is only mentioned when knowledge mechanism has bearing on use treatment. Even though dosage determined by balance between antibacterial toxicity, little will said about mechanisms toxicity. Abbreviations for names major antituberculosis follows: isoniazid (H), rifampin (R), streptomycin (S), pyrazinamide (Z), ethambutol (M), p-aminosalicylic acid (P), thiacetazone (T).
