摘要: We describe here the extraction and identification of several classes phenolic compounds from lichens Parmotrema dilatatum (Vain.) Hale, tinctorum (Nyl.) Pseudoparmelia sphaerospora Hale Usnea subcavata (Motyka) determined their anti-tubercular activity. The depsides (atranorin, diffractaic lecanoric acids), depsidones (protocetraric, salazinic, hypostictic norstictic xanthones (lichexanthone secalonic acid), usnic acid, as well seven orsellinic acid esters, five salazinic 8',9'-O-alkyl derivatives four lichexanthone derivatives, were evaluated for activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Diffractaic was most active compound (MIC value 15.6mug/ml, 41.6 microM), followed by 62.5 microg/ml, 168 microM) 182 microM). Hypostictic 94.0 251 protocetraric 125 334 showed moderate inhibitory other lower on growth M. tuberculosis, varying MIC values 250 to 1370 microM.
