摘要: Abstract A wall-less-type reactor is modelled in order to design a convenient device for the investigation of gas-phase reactions. With fitted with two concentric tubes, different flow configurations are analysed based on pattern, and chemistry both gas phase surface. Optimal has been determined using well-known silicon chemical system as test case, taking into account eight reactive species seven Partial validation model obtained by comparison calculated field laser sheet visualization experiments.
