摘要: Wolves have a remarkably complex social system: they breed, hunt and keep large territories cooperatively. To maintain such an elaborate system, similarly sophisticated communication system would also be expected. Based on this, studying the vocal of wolves comparing it with other canids different levels sociality can give interesting insight to relationship between communicative complexity in long run help better understand evolutionary origins human language. Furthermore, direct comparison wolf dog repertoire provide intriguing details about process domestication.
