摘要: Abstract Purpose of the study Previous studies have shown that pattern recurrence for glioma is related to direction cell invasion. Recent demonstrated CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling pathway mediates cellular invasion in glioma. Therefore, this study, we investigated possible relationship between expression and Patients methods Immunohistochemical techniques were used assess 42 tissues following total resection. According magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) gliomas, was classified as close or distant pattern. The initially examined by Chi-squared analysis. prognostic significance CXCL12 CXCR4 determined log-rank tests COX proportional hazards model. Results expressed mainly vascular endothelial cells tumor cells. significantly level ( P  = 0.002)  = 0.004). However, not independent factors progression-free survival overall patients. Conclusion levels cells; thus, implicating a potential target therapy.
