摘要: High-level amplification of DNA sequence at 19q13.1 is one the frequent genetic alterations in ovarian cancer. In an attempt to verify minimal amplified region (MAR) and identify target oncogenes, 49 probes within a from D19S425 D19S907 ( approximately 19.5 cM) were used survey status four cancer cell lines that have been confirmed as containing 19q13.1. Two separated overlapping MARs, MAR1 (approximately 200 kb) MAR2 1.1 Mb), identified candidate AKT2 SEI-1, MAR2. Amplification overexpression these two genes by Southern Northern blot analyses. The proliferation-related function SEI-1 suggests both are likely be biological targets event play important roles tumorigenesis.
