摘要: Acinar cell carcinoma (ACC) and islet tumor (ICT), both rare pancreatic neoplasms, can be diagnosed accurately rapidly with the use of imaging-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsies. The specific cytologic features these tumors are described in a series 17 patients, histologic immunocytochemical correlations discussed. Important findings ACC loosely cohesive clusters cells having uniform nuclei prominent nucleoli, cytoplasm is finely granular eosinophilic. Islet show many single cells, occasional rosettes, nuclei, sometimes binucleate, dense basophilic cytoplasm. Chromogranin often positive (80%) ICT. Trypsin chymotrypsin were (71%) ACC. Histology was confirmatory all cytology cases. recognition conjunction studies increase diagnostic sensitivity for two tumors.
