摘要: Studies reporting DNA polymorphism-disease associations represent an important source of information on disease gene candidacy. Such studies are, however, extremely variable in terms their design and the statistical methodology employed. Guidelines are therefore proposed that intended to promote publication scientifically meaningful association through introduction sensible methodological standards.
