摘要: Living Aspergillus niger cells were entrapped in polyacrylamide gels and employed both replacement batch continuous column bioreactors to produce citric acid from sucrose. With the bioreactor, increase of was observed under conditions higher aeration wider surface immobilized cells. maximum yield 39.1 mg/h per 40 g gels. The biocatalyst activity or half-life 105 days.
