摘要: Strict control of T-cell homeostasis is required to permit normal immune responses and prevent undesirable self-targeted responses. Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) has been shown have an essential role in that regulation. Owing its broad expression, inhibitory effects on multiple cell types the system, TGF-beta regulation complex. Through advances cell-specific targeting signalling vivo, become clearer. Recent vitro studies provide a better understanding how regulates homeostasis, through mechanisms involving numerous types.
