摘要: A multifunctional drug carrier with dual targeting (magnetic and folate-receptor) pH sensitive core-shell hybrid nanomaterial has been developed to carry an anticancer doxorubicin.Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) were used as core of the cross-linked folate conjugated chitosan (FA-CS) was acted shell in which doxorubicin physically entrapped. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis confirmed average particle size IONPs FA-CS coated 8.2 15.4 nm respectively. Magnetic measurement indicated that both superparamagnetic at room temperature a magnetization value 57.72 37.44 emu/g respectively. At 5.8 (malignant tissue) showed burst release 30.05% first 4 h followed by sustained 88.26% over 72 h. From these results it is expected loaded can be promising for treatment solid tumors ability reduce toxic side effects drugs selective release.
