摘要: The process of interaction the Choachi strain Trypanosoma rangeli with intestinal epithelial cells Rhodnius prolixus was analyzed in experiments carried out vitro and vivo. For small fragments anterior region posterior midgut were incubated presence parasites, fixed, processed for observation scanning electron microscope. Parasites attached to surface some cells, especially extracellular membrane layers (perimicrovillar membranes), observed. vivo insects infected cultures T. rangeli, sacrificed at different time intervals, then transmission microscopy. An intimate contact between parasites penetrated into that showed an electronlucent cytoplasm a damaged surface, moved within cell, reached basal region, crossed lamina, entered hemocoel.
