摘要: At the level of whole animal, toxic effects mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) range from causing diarrhoea, vomiting, gastro-intestinal inflammation to necrosis several tissues. It also affects immune system and leads kidney lesions. Although DON has been tested in different human animal cell lines for its cytotoxicity, these tests might be limited due disadvantages (e.g. immortalization, tumour derivation, longtime cultivation) do not necessarily reflect response normal cells. In order overcome this problem closer situation, we studied effect epithelial cells (renal proximal tubule cells, RPTEC) lung fibroblasts (normal fibroblast, NHLF) primary culture. Cell viability, apoptotic necrotic death, collagens I, III IV as well fibronectin secretion were determined. could demonstrated that a distinct cytotoxic on A reduction viability can observed both types, with reacting more sensitive. Furthermore, caused mainly death whereas fibroblasts. had no collagen RPTEC Collagen was partially decreased NHLF. reduced after 5 days exposure.
