摘要: Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) α can induce both cell death and proliferation by binding to either TNF receptor (TNFR) 1 or 2. In the granulosa cells of porcine ovaries, TNFα is considered act as an anti-apoptotic/survival during follicular atresia. As a first step toward elucidating function TNFR2 in regulating development/growth atresia we isolated (Sus scrofa) cDNA encoding TNFR2, which was identified from library prepared pig ovaries. Porcine (1,125 bp, 375 amino acid residues), contains specific region transmembrane, indicated high identities with human murine (78 69% at mRNA level, respectively; 73 61% protein respectively), suggesting that similar homologues. Understanding expression patterns various organs, confirmed reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis, would help elucidate physiological role regulation apoptosis organs.
