摘要: Abstract The rapid synthesis of the 3′-terminal decaribonucleoside nonaphosphate and nonadecaribonucleoside octadecaphosphate sequences yeast tRNA Ala by phosphoramidite approach on controlled pore glass is described; synthetic products were found to be identical authentic oligoribonucleotides, prepared phosphotriester in solution.
