摘要: Gliomas have poor prognosis no matter the treatment applied, remaining an unmet clinical need. As background for a substantial change in this situation, review will focus on following points: (i) steady progress establishing role of molecular chaperones carcinogenesis; (ii) recent advances knowledge miRNAs regulating gene expression, including genes involved carcinogenesis and encoding chaperones; (iii) findings about exosomes their cargo released by tumor cells. We would like to trigger discussion involvement exosomal gliomagenesis. Chaperones may be either targets therapy, due tumor-promoting activity, or therapeutic agents, antitumor growth activity. Thus, well represent Janus-faced approach against tumors. This focuses extracellular as part exosomes' cargo, because potential new tool diagnosis management gliomas. Moreover, since transport (the latter possibly related chaperone expression recipient cell), probably deliver cells, area investigation is now open, which bound generate significant understanding
