摘要: Background: The prognosis of colorectal cancer patients is to a considerable extent determined by the metastatic potency primary tumor. However, despite fact that liver metastases are leading cause death for patients, molecular basis still remains poorly understood and independent prognostic markers have not been established. Materials methods: Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) was used screen carcinomas without distant (n=18) synchronously (n=18). We aimed detect distinct chromosomal aberrations indicating phenotype. Results discussion: Metastatic tumors exhibited significantly (P=0.03) higher ANCA value (13.8) if compared with non-metastatic cancers (10.0). Furthermore, we observed losses regions 1p32-ter 9q33-ter were present at much frequencies in than cancers, respectively (P=0.02 0.04). Conclusion: These data indicate may be separated from based on their profile.
