摘要: The frequency of point mutations at codons 12 and 13 the c-K-ras gene has been determined in a panel more than 400 human tumors. Mutant genes were detected about 75% adenocarcinomas pancreas (n = 84); 40% adenomas 72) carcinomas 244) colon end rectum; 30% bile duct 19); 25% lung 92), lower other carcinomas, including liver, stomach, kidney. No found breast, prostate, esophagus, gall bladder, among others. Comparative analysis spectrum show that while G to A transitions most frequent pancreatic colo-rectal tumors, T transversions prevalent carcinomas. aspartic acid mutation codon (GGC----GAC) was relatively tumors but rare differences cancers gastrointestinal respiratory tracts are suggestive differential exposure genotoxic agents.
