摘要: The biochemical essential fatty acid (EFA) status of neonates born after normal and hypertensive pregnancies (PIH) that their mothers was assessed by measuring the composition phospholipids (PL), triglycerides (TG) cholesterol esters (CE) umbilical cord serum maternal serum, respectively. Relative contents linoleic PL CE were significantly lower in with PIH compared to pregnancies. Most other (n-6) polyenes tended be higher under conditions. Total (n-3) PIH, mainly due clupanodonic acid, 22:5 (n-3), cervonic 22:6 (n-3). (n-7) (n-9) acids also (PL CE). results indicate is associated a relative increased unsaturation PL, which might facilitate placental transfer long-chain, polyunsaturated acids. As result, neonatal EFA only slightly differs from normal.
