摘要: This paper applies Penrose’s (1959) insights on the quantity of managerial services required for firm-level organic expansion to analysis entrepreneurial activities in MNEs. We use these build a framework relevant MNEs, and then apply this assess metanational model (Doz/Santos/Williamson 2001) terms implement it. Penrose’s growth processes are still MNEs. The effective functioning appears be particularly high, benefits should therefore carefully weighed against potential costs.
