摘要: Lethally irradiated rats, reconstituted with syngeneic bone marrow and given Cyclosporin A (CyA) for 6 weeks, developed disease resembling allogeneic graft-versus-host 2 weeks after withdrawal of CyA. Other studies have demonstrated the pivotal role thymus in etiology this CyA-induced autoimmune (CyA-AI). In study question was addressed whether inducer/effector cells CyA-AI are generated during or CyA administration; these stay thymus, or, if they don't, home to secondary lymphoid organs.Adoptive transfer thymocytes from donors treated induction obtained one 14 days cessation administration did not elicit recipients.
