摘要: The pathogenesis of scleroderma is still elusive, although autoimmune mechanism involvement has been suggested. present study was designed to investigate whether or not rat would appear as one the symptoms in a recently described model for disease. based on manipulation reconstitution immune system after lethal irradiation and syngeneic bone marrow transplantation by temporary administration immunosuppressive drug cyclosporine-A. Withdrawal cyclosporine-A 6–12 wk gives rise reactions causing clinical pathology similar graft-venus-host We discuss chronic phase this disease, approximately 30 withheld at that time–about one-third rats had developed histologic skin lesions comparable those seen patients with scleroderma. Therefore, we propose new, experimental humans.
