摘要: During normal cycles of cell growth and division, cells are exquisitely sensitive to their environment, responding many stimuli ranging from nutrient availability, factors, density with either increased proliferation or arrest. The cell’s ability sense respond these environmental cues is lost on the progression a malignant state, rendering cancer resistant inhibition by factor withdrawal, contact inhibition, irradiation. These cancerous acquire genetic epigenetic mutations that can constitutively activate signaling pathways mimic signaling, block inhibitory signals, fundamentally alter core components cell-cycle machinery, removing key inhibitors increasing amounts activity activators. Although alterations upstream genes diverse function have been shown lead malignancy, in end factors feed into network governs progression.
