摘要: Tight regulation of cell cycle progression is essential for the maintenance genomic integrity. The orderly from one phase to other mediated by timed activation distinct cyclin/cdk complexes. For example, onset mitosis regulated cyclin B/cdc2 and this event controlled several checkpoints. Such checkpoints ensure that chromosome segregation does not occur in case unreplicated or damaged DNA, misaligned chromosomes. Recently, new insights into targets DNA damage checkpoint help unravel more complex mechanisms This review focuses on factors controlling transition G(2) mitosis. Also, pathways contributing these phases will be discussed.
