摘要: A multiresidue method based on automated normal-phase LC clean-up and GC-MS-MS analysis has been developed for the determination of organochlorine pesticides polychlorinated biphenyls in human adipose tissues. Analytes were extracted by dissolving fat samples n-hexane, hexane extracts injected onto a silica gel column prior to GC-MS-MS. The high efficiency HPLC clean up elimination fats combination use GC with tandem mass spectrometry detection gave limits at low ng g−1 concentration level all analytes using as little 0.25 g sample.
