摘要: Melanoma differentiation associated gene-9 (MDA-9)/syntenin is a PDZ domain-containing adaptor protein involved in multiple diverse cellular processes including organization of complexes the plasma membrane, intracellular trafficking and cell surface targeting, synaptic transmission, cancer metastasis. In present study, we analyzed expression pattern MDA-9/syntenin during mouse development. was robustly expressed with tight regulation its temporal spatial fetal development developing skin, spinal cord, heart, lung liver, which are regulated by signaling pathways process organogenesis. Recent studies also indicate that crucial such as Wnt, Notch FGF. Taken together, these results suggest may play prominent role normal context proliferation well through modulating protein. Additionally, be required specific stages tissues
