摘要: Abstract We previously demonstrated that (A+T)-stretch binding protein (ATBP) and Dorsal-related immunity factor (Dif) are required for the expression of Sarcophaga lectin gene in SL-2 cells (Aozasa et al., Eur. J. Biochem. 268, 2506–2511, 2001). The present study demonstrates DmUbc9 interacts with ATBP, cotransfection vector ATBP Dif vectors greatly enhances luciferase reporter cells. These results suggest sumoylation is involved this system.
