摘要: We established transgenic Drosophila strains in which the lacZ gene was expressed under control of 5′-upstream regulatory region Sarcophaga lectin promoter (3.1 kbp). The reporter fat bodies larvae when they were immunized by body pricking or treatment with Escherichia coli, same as expression larvae.
