摘要: Previous studies revealed that Se was an important regulatory factor for glutathione peroxidase (GPx) genes. However, the relationship between concentrations and mRNA expression levels of GPxs were unclear in goats, especially goats living natural Se-enriched area. Thus, aim this study to determine GPx-1, GPx-2, GPx-3, GPx-4 from Ziyang County (ZY-H ZY-L goats) Baoji City (BJ-P goats), which Se-rich region Se-poor China, respectively. Atomic fluorescence spectrometry used as essential method heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, longissimus, biceps femoris, serum, gene expressions quantified samples extracted above tissues by real-time quantitative reverse transcription–polymerase chain reaction. We found ZY-H higher than BJ-P significantly (P 0.05) our experimental conditions. As its kidney 0.05). The In summary, these data suggested rich Se, deposition played roles certain differentially.
