摘要: Abstract The metabolism of a production process can be researched by identifying all the material or substances that flow into out system. Effective methods for tracing and substance destinations quantities in system could determine efficiency pathways through which pollutants are generated emitted—very useful information resource environmental management factory, particularly pollution prevention control. In this study, analysis (SFA), an analytical tool, was applied lead To apply SFA smelting process, framework applying typical outlined, chart model single entire were developed. Lead selected as objective substance, lead-containing flows sampled tested. balance account each established based on producing one ton final product: ingot. unsuspected losses viewed kind virtual flow. Several indicators—such rejection rate, waste circulation efficiency—were set up to evaluate result shows investigated 81.28% total 85.02%. Furthermore, produce ingot, 0.0466 t solid reused other systems instead being discharged environment. While 0.0062–0.0641 t emitted environment, taking consideration losses. Pollutant control benefit both utilization protection production. Some recommendations improving emission factory put forward conclusions study.
