摘要: Amplified cellular genes in mammalian cells frequently manifest themselves as double minute chromosomes (DMs) and homogeneously staining regions of (HSRs). With few exceptions both karyotypic abnormalities appear to be confined tumour cells. All vertebrates possess a set homologous the transforming RNA viruses, there is circumstantial evidence that these oncogenes are involved tumorigenesis. We have recently shown DMs HSRs mouse adrenocortical Y1 an HSR human colon carcinoma COLO320 contain amplified copies c-Ki-ras c-myc, respectively. Both found with remarkable frequency neuroblastomas. show here DNA domain detectable by partial homology myc oncogene up 140-fold cell lines derived from different neuroblastomas neuroblastoma tumour, but not other showing cytological for gene amplification. By situ hybridization we chromosomal sites DNA. The which this amplification appears its apparent specificity raise possibility one or more contained within contribute
