摘要: A physically and chemically stable positively charged prednicarbate nanoemulsion was developed as a carrier system for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Phytosphingosine used to obtain positive charge also because its supportive properties restoration damaged skin. As production method high pressure homogenization employed. The optimal concentrations phytosphingosine, oil phase, emulsifiers were investigated. optimized by investigating influence cycles, pressure, temperature type homogenizer with respect particle size, physical stability emulsions chemical prednicarbate. From results best formulation most appropriate parameters identified. In addition it could be shown that during drug is relocated from inner phase emulsion towards stabilizer layer, which an increase in efficiency incorporation influenced energy input (e.g. number cycles) but temperature. It found nanoemulsions should produced at elevated temperatures, low pressures higher numbers cycles 300 bar 10 cycles). prove not only judged size alone, assessing incorporated drug.
