摘要: Bladder cancers frequently exhibit an increased number of epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) in comparison to normal urothelium. The EGFR could potentially be a target for toxic conjugates. aim our study was compare the expression metastases with concurrent or primary tumour urinary bladder using immunohistochemical techniques and monoclonal antibody. Tumour material from 20 patients investigated. majority (13/20) were homogeneously stained showed moderate strong membranous staining EGFR. tumours similar. There no indication that tissue exposed chemotherapy radiation had decreased Targeting thus seems applicable metastatic disease.
