摘要: p53 is currently considered to be a tumor suppressor gene product, and its alterations are suggested involved in several human malignancies. Here we show evidence of the possible involvement mutations lymphoid leukemias studied by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction, single strand conformation polymorphism analysis, nucleotide sequencing. Fourteen patients with various were examined two acute lymphoblastic leukemia one Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia identified have coding region gene. These included point mutation, triplet deletion, insertion. Furthermore, expression wild-type mRNA was not detected samples from these three patients. In them, chromosome 17p deleted, suggesting absence nonmutated gene, whereas other patients, seemed intact cytogenetic analysis. Our results suggest that may role genesis some leukemias.
