摘要: Objective –  To evaluate the contribution of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) and thrombomodulin (Thm) in pathogenesis stroke migraine children. Materials methods –  Ninety children were included study: 30 (4–15 years) after an ischemic unknown etiology; migrainous patients (8–15 years), who hospitalized Department Developmental Neurology, Medical University Gdansk, Poland, healthy same age. Results –  The statistical analysis showed increase values anticardiolipin (aCL), anti β2-glycoprotein 1 (β2-GP1) Thm with than control group. resultant higher, but stayed at standard. Conclusion –  possible role prothrombotic factors individual cases pediatric cannot be excluded.
