摘要: Abstract Foodborne pathogenic bacteria like, Escherichia coli 0157:H7, Bacillus cereus and Salmonella typhimurium are the biggest threat to food industries. Their growth in environment transmission of deadly diseases has become a challenge. The present study confirmed genetic identity DD_A7 is similar reported probiotic strains Weissella confusa by analyzing polymorphism conserved region 16S-rRNA sequence. Kimchi isolated, non-pathogenic W. strain shown potential control foodborne pathogens. Furthermore, cell-free culture supernatant shows rapture membrane integrity E. 0157:H7 influencing Ca++ ion channels. safety concern associated with usage was also determined testing its antibiotic susceptibility against different antibiotics non-toxic behavior on mammalian cells. Nevertheless, encompassed several applications such as isolation amylolytic proteolytic enzymes. Collectively, will help using studied strain. In addition, construct species-specific probe future for identification application
