摘要: Controlled gene expression in specific cells is a valuable tool for therapy. We attempted to determine whether the lentivirus-mediated Tet-On inducible system could be applied cancer In order select genes that induce cell death, we compared ability of known pro-apoptotreic genes, Bax and tBid, cycle inhibitor, p21cip1/waf1, determined was most effective. For cell-specific rtTA2(S)-M2, tested matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) promoter it highly expressed lines, including SNU475 cells.
