摘要: Abstract Introduction This cross-sectional study was performed to evaluate the effect of long-term GH substitution on leptin and ghrelin in deficiency (GHD). Methods Leptin were measured after glucose load for 3 h 52 pat 10 age- BMI-matched healthy controls. 22 GHD (GH-Sub) a median 10 yr (range 2–27 yr). 30 not substituted at least 2 yr (non-Sub). Results Basal (8 µg/l (1–130) vs. 16 µg/l (3–89), p Conclusion Lipolytic causes lower GH-Sub. The reason similar might be compensating acute suppression stimulating low fat mass ghrelin. regulation is impaired GHD, whereas seems effected.
