摘要: Lymphocytes were eluted from the synovial tissue of 19 patients with classical rheumatoid arthritis. The was minced and dissociated by treatment crude collagenase DNase. cell suspension obtained filtered incubated in plastic culture flasks overnight at 37 degrees C. cells that did not adhere to surface harvested lymphocytes further purified Ficoll-Isopaque gradient centrifugation technique. lymphocyte yield varied 0.64 32 times 10(6) cells. Differential counts showed on average 85% lymphocytes, 12% mocrophage-like cells, variable proportions polymorphonuclear granulocytes, unclassified dead An 77% viable as assessed trypan blue exclusion test. This investigated for populations. T predominant all experiments (mean, 73.6%). mean percentage B 9.7%, whereas proportion Fc-receptor-bearing 6.0%.
