摘要: Triggering of tumour cell apoptosis is the foundation many cancer therapies. Death receptors necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily have been largely characterized, as signals that are generated when these activated. TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) (TRAILR1 and TRAILR2) promising targets for therapy. Herein we review what known about molecular control TRAIL-mediated apoptosis, role TRAIL in carcinogenesis potential therapeutic utility recombinant agonistic antibodies against TRAILR1 TRAILR2.
