摘要: β-Catenin can function as an oncogene when it is translocated to the nucleus, binds T cell factor or lymphoid enhancer family members, and transactivates its target genes. In this study, we demonstrate that cyclin D1 one of targets β-catenin in breast cancer cells. Transactivation correlated significantly with expression both eight lines vitro 123 patient samples. More importantly, found high activity poor prognosis patients was a strong independent prognostic cancer. Our studies, therefore, indicated be involved formation and/or progression may serve for therapy.
