摘要: The proper selection of a wheelchair requires making several critical decisions, not the least which is what type appropriate. International Organization for Standards (ISO) continues to develop and refine standards. allow objective comparison products from various sources, permitting consumers or clinicians assess wheelchairs with they are familiar by comparing test results. This study consisted three components: 1) fatigue results planar ANSI/RESNA dummy HERL contoured dummy; 2) common depot versus rehabilitation manual wheelchairs; 3) solid 8-inch casters those pneumatic casters. Rehabilitation lasted on average 13.2 times longer than wheelchairs. Both types, tested standard ISO-ANSI/RESNA dummy, 2.1 using dummy. equipped 3.2 6 cost about 3.4 as much operate per cycle meter tended experience component failures, while frame failures.
