摘要: Indium-saving transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films, i.e., zinc and tin co-doped indium (IZTO) were investigated for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) applications. The films prepared by the radio-frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method utilizing a ceramic target with nominal composition equal to In0.6Zn0.2Sn0.2O1.5. substrate temperature was changed from room 400 °C while RF power argon gas pressure during deposition kept constant. photovoltaic conversion efficiencies of DSSC samples made IZTO electrodes compared FTO electrodes. Values approximately 6.81% 4.74% obtained electrodes, respectively, when firing process carried out in air atmosphere fabrication. However, addition post-annealing or forming gas, efficiency values increased 6.06% 5.54%, sample an electrode.
