摘要: Abstract Neoplastic cells from the spleens of two patients with leukemic reticuloendotheliosis were studied in cell suspensions and frozen sections for antigen-antibody complement (IgMEAC) receptor B lymphocytes cytophilic antibody (IgGEA) monocytes. A high percentage neoplastic cells, both suspension sections, bound IgGEA reagent but failed to bind IgMEAC reagent. These findings suggest that these belong monocyte-histiocyte series.
