摘要: Self-renewal and differentiation of stem cells are tightly regulated processes subject to intrinsic extrinsic signals. Molecular chaperones co-chaperones, especially heat shock proteins (Hsp), ubiquitous molecules involved in the modulation protein conformational complexation states. The function Hsp, which typically associated with stress response tolerance, is well characterized differentiated cells, while their role remains unclear. It appears that embryonic exhibit increased tolerance concomitant high levels chaperone expression. This review critically evaluates cell research from a molecular perspective. Furthermore, we propose model chaperone-modulated self-renewal mouse cells.
